Filipino Homes Expand in Central Luzon

Real estate developer AboitizLand continues to expand in Central Luzon with the launch of Ajoya in Pampanga, where homes are inspired by the Filipino bahay na bato with a modern twist.

The mid-market residential development is the third Ajoya community to be launched in Central Luzon within a year and is AboitizLand’s fifth residential project in Luzon.

“With our solid credentials in Cebu for the past 25 years, we’re in a position to continue our Luzon expansion, which started a few years ago,” says David Rafael, AboitizLand president and chief executive officer.

“We are proud to aggressively roll out our expansion plans to elevate the lifestyle of more Filipino families in emerging cities,” he added.

The launch comes on the heels of the highly successful launch of Ajoya in Nueva Ecija and Tarlac last year. The former is a 19-hectare property in Barangay Valle Cruz, while the latter spans 13 hectares and is located in the villages of Talaga and Estrada.

Another Ajoya community will soon rise in Pampanga, where the locals can create lasting memories and stronger connections. Spanning 17 hectares, it will feature a town plaza, clubhouse, multipurpose hall, swimming pool, generous pocket parks, and greenbelts, all designed to foster interactions with neighbors.
